Refund policy

We take pride in the quality and design of our products, but we understand that issues can sometimes arise. Please review the return guidelines below:

 

1. Return Eligibility and Window

 

  • Time Limit: Requests for returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your item.

  • Condition: Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition in which you received them. All original product paperwork must also be included. 

  • While returning any product, we request the customer to take picture and videos of the final packed product before handing over to our logistics partner and email or whatsapp the same to our customer service numbers.

  • Required Approval: All return requests must be approved by Modern Homes before the return process can begin.

2. Restrictions and Fees

 

  • Items Bought on Sale: Products purchased during sales or at a discount are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Return Fee: Returns are offered as a service and may be subject to a return shipping fee.

  • Processing Time: All valid returns will be processed within 10 working days of Modern Homes receiving the returned product.

 

3. Cancellations, Refusals, and Damage Claims

 

  • Cancellation/Alteration Policy: Orders cannot be cancelled or altered after 12 hours of being placed.

  • Order Refusal: If an order has already been packed or shipped and is refused at the doorstep:

    • It will be processed as a return.

    • For prepaid orders, no refunds will be issued if the package is refused.

    • For COD orders, future orders from the customer may be denied if a previous order was refused.

  • Re-delivery: Requests for re-delivery will result in additional shipping and repacking charges.

  • Damaged/Missing Items Claim: Any claim for a missing or damaged product must be supported by a complete, continuous unboxing video. The video must clearly show the package being opened and the product being taken out at the time of delivery.
